2. The refrigerant pressure of the refrigeration dryer should be checked regularly to make timely replenishment. The dust on the radiator should be blown with compressed air every day, and the filter element should be replaced regularly. Normally, it is 8000H. It depends on the specific situation and the pressure difference.

3. Open the drain outlet of the air storage tank once a day to drain the condensed water in the air.

4. Check the automatic drainer daily to avoid clogging and losing the draining function. If it is blocked, you can slightly open the manual valve, close the self-draining valve, and then remove the automatic drain to disassemble and clean. When cleaning the auto drain, use soap foam to clean it.

5. The nitrogen generator mainly checks the working pressure, purity and flow rate of the adsorption tower and keeps a record.

6. The activated carbon in the activated carbon filter is generally recommended to be replaced once a year.

7. If black smoke comes out of the muffler, it means that the molecular sieve is pulverized, so stop and repair it immediately.

8. The nitrogen analyzer should be calibrated regularly, and it is recommended to calibrate once every six months.

9. Check the sensitivity of the pneumatic valve and solenoid valve. The wear of the pneumatic valve affects the purity of nitrogen, which is a vulnerable part.

10. The safety valve should be calibrated at the boiler inspection station every year.
