HTO Enriched Oxygen Combustion Oxygen Generator

The oxygen content in the air is ≤21%. The combustion of fuel in industrial boilers and industrial kilns is also carried out under this air content. Practice has shown that when the gas oxygen content of the boiler combustion reaches more than 25%, the energy saving is as high as 20%; the boiler start-up heating time is shortened by 1/2-2/3. HTO Hunter oxygen-enriched combustion equipment uses physical methods to collect oxygen in the air, so that the oxygen-enriched content in the collected gas is 25%-30%. Sending this part of the oxygen-enriched gas into the boiler or kiln in the form of secondary air can increase the overall or partial oxygen content in the furnace, reduce the overall excess air coefficient in the furnace, and reduce the exhaust gas temperature. Due to the increase in oxygen enrichment, the conditions of fire can be improved, the combustion is complete, and the effect of environmental protection is ensured while saving energy, which meets the national emission reduction requirements.
