Nitrogen production equipment maintenance rules

Maintenance rules for PSA nitrogen production equipment:

1. Air pretreatment system

1. Pipeline filter element: Replace every 7000-8000 hours. If there is more oil and water in the compressed air, the time will be shortened accordingly;

2. Freeze dryer

a. Protect the evaporation pressure (R22) between 0.35-0.5Mpa;

b. Clean the cooler regularly;

c. Check the automatic drainer every day to avoid clogging and losing its drainage function. If it is clogged, you can slightly open the manual valve, close the automatic valve, and clean or replace it;

3. Adsorption dryer

a. Check the working condition of the valve, which can be manually switched on the two-position five-way solenoid valve: open and close;

b. Regularly check the pressure of the pressure reducing valve and the oil level of the lubricator;

c. Regularly inspect the inlet temperature and pressure of the dryer;

4. Activated carbon: The activated carbon in the activated carbon filter is replaced every 12 months, and the activated carbon must be replaced after the air compressor runs out of oil;

2. Nitrogen (oxygen) generator device

1. Solenoid valve: the service life is about one and a half years;

3. Pneumatic valve seals and O-rings: the service life is 2 years, and it is recommended that customers check and repair every year;
