Precautions for Nitrogen Generator

1. Please install, debug, and assign special personnel to operate and maintain according to the contents of the manual;

2. The work site must be clean and well ventilated;

3. The ambient temperature of the work site is 0-38℃, and the relative humidity is less than 80%;

4. Air intake: temperature≤-45℃; oil content is not more than 0.01mg/m³;

5. Regularly check the control system; the equipment must be effectively grounded;

6. Check whether the automatic drainer is normal or not every day; manual blowdown shall be discharged every three hours;

7. The filter element of the equipment is replaced in 7,000 hours, and the activated carbon is replaced in 13,000 hours;

8. When the gauge pressure during exhaust does not return to zero, check whether the muffler is blocked;

9. It is necessary to check whether the regeneration air valve is open when starting up, and it must be adjusted to the best condition;

10. Do not change the control system at will, so as not to affect product performance;

11. When the equipment fails, the cause must be found out, and then restarted after troubleshooting;

12. When repairing, the power supply of the equipment must be cut off.
